The FleetRight Marketplace is a secure platform where contractors and other industry professionals can rent their unused and idle equipment to other contractors and professionals at rates significantly lower than those offered by traditional rental companies. FleetRight also provides its customers with access to many unique services and tools to help contractors and business owners manage their equipment and companies more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Because of loan payments, storage fees, maintenance fees, insurance costs and depreciation, your equipment costs you money every day it sits idle. Thanks to FleetRight, that harsh reality is a thing of the past. By lending your idle equipment on the FleetRight Marketplace, our members are able to earn income off of their equipment even when they are not using it. With FleetRight, your equipment can literally pay for itself.
By its very nature, the sharing economy is local. FleetRight Members with idle equipment rent their equipment to other Members in their cities, towns and other localities. FleetRight helps its Members keep jobs and revenues in the communities where they belong.
The sign up and verification process is free and easy. Just click here and fill out the required information to become an FleetRight Member.
While we reserve the right to decline membership for any reason, the following are the minimum eligibility requirements:
  • You must meet FleetRight’s specific eligibility requirements.
  • You must complete an additional verification process.
  • Equipment must meet maintenance and safety requirements and be in good working condition.
FleetRight does not currently allow partial day rentals. Rentals are broken down into daily, weekly, and monthly periods. For long term rentals, select equipment may be available with hourly rates. Contact us for details.
The equipment owner is responsible for making sure that the equipment is delivered with fuel. Upon return, the renter is responsible to fill up the equipment with fuel.
Renters wishing to extend the rental period should call or text FleetRight to request an extension.
Call or text FleetRight and we will have your equipment repaired or replaced. (Subject to our terms and conditions.)
Document the damage and Contact FleetRight immediately and we will work with you and the Owner to address the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you need to cancel a reservation, contact FleetRight as soon as possible by texting or calling or emailing support@fleetright.com.

Payment

FleetRight pays the owners by the 15th of every month for all rental transactions in the previous month.
The pricing is set by the equipment owner (FleetRight recommends pricing to be roughly 30% lower than what national rental firms charge). Rental periods are automatically broken down into daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
No. FleetRight processes all payments. In addition, at the end of the year FleetRight will provide you with a 1099 form.
FleetRight can assist you in acquiring adequate insurance coverage.
No. FleetRight does not charge listing fees, and membership is completely free.
While we reserve the right to decline membership for any reason, the following are the minimum eligibility requirements:
  • Equipment owners are required to provide equipment to renters well maintained and up to date on all required inspections.
  • During the rental period, equipment renters will be responsible for daily maintenance such as lubrication and fluid level checks.
  • FleetRight partners with qualified maintenance service providers for periodic field checks. Owners can join our maintenance protection program and have peace of mind that their equipment is well taken care of.
